Orders and Delivery
To place an order of any of our products, simply call us at 301-990-8706 or toll free 1-844-299-9444. We will process your order as soon as we receive it. If you place your order before 2:00pm EST, you will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and back ordered items).
Drop Ship Orders:
JESSA Medical Supplies, Inc. will send your order by ground carrier to any address in the US. You will receive your order usually within 24 to 48 hours (excluding out of stock items and weekend order)
Shipping Charges for Online Orders:
For Online Orders ONLY, we charge the following rates for shipping & handling:
Orders $1 to $25: $6 for Shipping & Handling
Orders $26 to $50: $8 for Shipping & Handling
Orders $51 to $249: $10 for Shipping & Handling
Orders $250 and Over: $20 for Shipping & Handling
Delivery Charges for Phone Orders:
JESSA Medical Supplies, Inc. offers a convenient flat shipping fee of $10.00 on most of our products of any quantity, excluding bulk cases of incontinent and ostomy products. An order of $250.00 or more will receive FREE shipping.
* FREE delivery on select items (based on meeting certain criteria) within Montgomery County Maryland.
We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want to make your buying experience with JESSA Medical Supply as pleasant as possible. We do however; realize that problems can occur therefore the following procedures have been put in place to assist you.
1. You may return a product within 30 days for any reason. In order to receive a full refund or exchange the product must be in new and unused condition. Any product should be accompanied with the receipt. If the product is returned used or damaged we cannot issue a refund and it will be returned to you. If the product returned without receipt in 30 days in unused condition, customer will be eligible for the store credit only. There will be NO REFUNDS for early rental returns.
If the item is returned after 30 days with the receipt, customer will be eligible forstore credit only – NO EXCEPTIONS
2. Return Eligibility;
a. Items such as opened incontinent supplies, used bath equipment items, opened sterile products, compression hosiery, and personal care items are not returnable for sanitary and health reasons. If any of these products are damaged or defective, they will be replaced with an identical item only.
b. Returns are not available on special orders, custom made products or nutritional products after 5 business days from the date of purchase. Within the first 5 days a 25% restocking fee will apply.
c. All products must be returned in a condition allowing resale and in the original packaging and shipping containers. Partial cases or shipping units with items missing will not be accepted.
d. Items such as glucometers and blood pressure units are not returnable. In case of any manufacture defects please contact manufacture directly.
DAMAGE or ERRORS in SHIPPING – if your order is damaged (not usable) in shipping or if you received the wrong product, we will replace the item or items as rapidly as possible at no charge.
Special return policy:
Due to the health and safety reasons, opened packages of incontinent, personal, hygiene and diabetic supplies cannot be returned.
