JESSA Medical Supplies, Inc. offers a convenient flat shipping fee of $6.00 on most of our products of any quantity, excluding bulk cases of incontinent and ostomy products. An order of $250.00 or more will receive FREE shipping.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or credit. Returns must be made in their original condition, with all the instructions, parts and packaging accompanying by the original sales receipt. You will not be issued credit for returns that do not meet these conditions (some other restrictions may apply). A small restocking fee may also apply for certain product. If items you received was damaged or shipped in error, we will reimburse you for the delivery costs and the return shipping costs.
Due to the health and safety reasons, opened packages of incontinent, personal, hygiene and diabetic supplies cannot be returned.
